Employer Human Resource Support Specialist/Consultant
Part time position reporting to the Lead HR Consultant. The position involves supporting the Human Resource needs of various employers on an outsourced basis. Employee must be familiar with Department of Labor and Massachusetts/NH/RI compliance standards and laws. The employee will be fielding HR /compliance questions and problem solving for various outsourced companies assigned to them. The position is usually via phone and email communication but may include visiting the worksite of the employer. The ideal candidate will also have a background in updating employee handbooks and various employer forms for the employers assigned to them to keep their client in compliance with best practice and employment laws.
Ideal candidate is a self starter, amicable personality, deadline oriented and think outside the box personality
Candidate must have a bachelor's degree in Business/Human Resource Management and 2 to 4 years of Human Resource and Benefits Administration.
