Program Lead - Cub Scout After-School Program

Location: Greater Lawrence, MA Area

Position Type: Part-Time (After-School Hours)

Session Duration: 60–90 minutes per session

Join our team as a Program Lead for our Cub Scout After-School Program!

You’ll lead engaging, hands-on activities that teach life skills, teamwork, and confidence—all while having fun and making a lasting impact in your community.

What You’ll Do:

✔ Lead Cub Scout activities with elementary-aged youth

✔ Inspire creativity, leadership, and character

✔ Represent the values of Scouting in a fun and welcoming environment

✔ Work 1–5 afternoons per week, depending on your availability

Ideal Candidate:

✅ Enjoys working with kids

✅ Reliable, positive, and enthusiastic

✅ Experience in education, recreation, or Scouting is a plus—but not required!
