Membership Sales Associate - Fitness

TITLE Boxing Club has an opening for a Membership Salesperson.

***Competitive hourly rate PLUS commission! Paid sick time. Advancement opportunities!***

Location: Nashua
Shifts: Weekday shifts 3-7/8pm. Weekday morning and weekend morning availability is a plus!

We are looking for a high-energy, positive individual to join our sales team. This part-time position is during prime sales hours, and can lead to more opportunities if desired.

WHO WE ARE:

We are TITLE Boxing Club, a fitness concept on a mission to change lives.

ROLE:

Our Membership Sales role presents and sells our memberships and similar programs. They make phone calls to potential customers to set appointments. They call, schedule and sell to prospects. They are also an essential component of our member experience. They coach and advise existing members for additional service or retail needs. They understand that they are more than “Sales”. They are motivated by helping our members achieve the highest levels of success and maintaining a pristine club environment. They are encouraged to take classes and workout at the club.

Job Requirements:

• Outgoing and positive personality (required)
• Proven sales experience (ideal)
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Good communicator
• Coachable
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
• Good over the phone / text / email
• Excellent at building rapport
• Open to learning new processes in sales
• Able to follow processes
