Bakery Manager

Smolak Farms in North Andover is hiring full and part-time Bakery Managers and Assistant Bakery Managers to help create the delicious treats we’re known for! Whether you’re a seasoned baker or looking to get your start, we’d love to have you join our team.

Positions Available:

• Bakery Manager & Assistant Bakery Manager
• Cider Donut Makers (Training available!)
• Meals-to-Go Production
• Sandwich Makers & Short Order Cooks

Duties (Position Dependent):

• Early risers—help us get our fresh pies, muffins, and baked goods ready to go by 7 AM!
• Be part of the magic in creating our famous cider donuts with our Donut Robot (we’ll train you!).
• Help prep meals-to-go and sandwiches for our busy farm stand and special events.
• Participate in food service during our festivals and bustling fall weekends.
• Assist with catering orders for birthday parties and events.

Flexible Hours:

• Full-time and part-time shifts available.
• Off-hours production and night shifts (seasonal).
• Weekend shifts may be required, depending on the position.

Compensation:

• Part-time/full-time: $19-$24/hour with a review, plus incentives for off-hours work.
