General Manager

Smolak Farms seeks a General Manager for a successful diverse farm consisting of PYO berries, tree fruit, pumpkins, and Christmas trees; farm stand, bakery, functions and events on 123 acres in North Andover, MA. The GM will oversee planning, financial management, external relations and up to 100 seasonal employees. After a transition period working with the current Manager/owner, equity sharing or business acquisition are possible along with on-farm housing.
