Farm Stand Manager

Located just 25 miles north of Boston and minutes from the New Hampshire border, Smolak Farms offers a rewarding opportunity to be part of something truly special.

A Little About the Role:

• Full-time, salaried position with benefits (vacation, sick time, personal days).
• Manage daily operations of our farm stand, including employee scheduling, budgeting, and inventory control.
• Oversee displays, product stocking, and ensure a seamless flow of customers.
• Collaborate with other department managers and expedite orders.
• Flexible hours with some weekends and holidays required.
• Compensation: Hourly $22-$26/ hour with usual benefits of vacation, sick time and personal days

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 years of retail experience.
• Familiarity with POS systems, computers, and internet tools.
• A positive attitude and strong employee management skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and with a team.
